8-Year Warranty on All Parts

5-Year Quality Pledge

If the heat exchanger (the major component of your furnace) or the compressor (the most important part of your air conditioner) fails within the first five years, we'll replace the equipment under the Westinghouse Quality Pledge program. Your Westinghouse heating and cooling unit(s) will be replaced with new, equivalent equipment if your compressor or heat exchanger fails during the first five years of ownership.
